any Flat Folder viewer ?

Hello Guys,

I am looking for a tool that let me have a flattened view for my folders on a windows xp without actually changing the file/folder architecture

example: file/folder structure is : RootFolder : folder1,folder2 folder1 : file1,file2.. folder2 : file3, file4

i want to point that software to root folder and see file1 --> file4

What Would You Recommend ?
